Starting from 1400Hrs every Saturday right through until 1200 Hrs on
Sunday, native men and women from the outskirt of Kuching converge
at Satok Street with al kinds of local fruits, vegetables,
handicrafts and jungle products. You will need a good guide to
explain some of the curious fruits such as exotic honey, Sago worms,
bats or wild boar which are, at times, found at this market.
Note:
- Tours are conducted only on Saturday (pick-up time 2:00 pm)
and Sundays (pick-up time 9:00 am)
- Pick-up at city hotels in Kuching at 9:00am or 2:00 pm
- Surcharge of US$ 10.- per pax will be added for pick-up from
Damai Beach (pick-up at 8:30am or 1:30pm)
